Hi, I’m Lotta and I’m here to support your family’s journey toward growth, healing, and connection. As a child-centered play therapist, I specialize in creating safe, nurturing spaces where children can express themselves, process their emotions, and explore their unique strengths through the power of play. I firmly believe that play is a child’s most natural way of communicating, and it’s my privilege to meet them at their level.
Over the years, I’ve worked extensively with children who have special needs, tailoring my approach to honor their individual abilities and challenges. Whether it’s navigating grief, processing medical trauma, or addressing social and emotional needs, I’m committed to helping children and their families build resilience and find hope in the toughest of times.
One of my greatest joys is empowering parents through Child Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT). I love partnering with caregivers to deepen their understanding of their child’s world and provide them with tools to foster trust, connection, and emotional growth at home.
As an art therapist, I bring a creative, experiential approach to my work. I integrate art, play, and hands-on activities to engage children in a way that feels natural and fun, while also encouraging emotional expression and healing.
I know that every child and family is unique, and I’m here to help you find the approach that works best for you. Together, we can create meaningful change and support your family in thriving.
